Profile Information: Bio, skills, portfolio, work history, verification documents, and social links
User Content: Posts, reels, stories, comments, blogs, messages, voice notes, business listings, event details, job postings, and marketplace listings
Payment Information: For Pro subscriptions and marketplace purchases, billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment providers (we do not store full payment card details on our servers)
Communications: Messages you send to us for support, feedback, or inquiries

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, and IP address

Location: To enable the "People Nearby" feature and location-relevant content
Notifications: To send you alerts about messages, merits, events, and platform activity
Contacts (optional): To help you find friends already on Freelancely

Deliver and personalize Platform features (newsfeed, reels, recommendations, nearby users)

Direct messages, group chats, and voice notes are private between participants. However:

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted at this time

Freelancely may display advertising or promoted content within the Platform. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
